THE "DAY BY DAY" IDENTITY THEFT SITUATION

The more I read Day By Day, the more I become thoroughly convinced that two of the lead characters were cobbled from the likenesses of Dave and I. I don't recall ever signing a waiver or receiving any type of royalty payment. Can you say multi-plaintiff action? Can you say, state court? Can you say, punitive damages? Can you say "Dave and Mark Day By Day"? I'll have your Macs!!!
